Event: ACM Girgarre Milk Factory

IN-GV extend an invitation to gain an insight into CAF Consulting’s EPCM role on Australian Consolidated Milk’s (ACM) Girgarre Milk Processing Factory completed over the course of 2017 – 2018.

ACM’s investment in Girgarre has provided a stimulus to the township and wider dairy community whilst furthering the Goulburn Valley’s strong reputation for food and beverage production on a domestic and international stage.

Liam Moller, Assistant Project Manager, will be presenting a range of discussion points experienced by the team throughout the planning, design and construction phases which culminated in a successful completion of this project.

From the complexities of managing numerous stakeholders to identifying cost effective engineering and construction solutions, we will observe the key challenges and outcomes generated by the project delivery team.
